In January and February 2025, Air Serbia carried more than half a million passengers, achieving another historic result. Over the 28 days of February, the Serbian national airline recorded 239,198 passengers in scheduled and charter traffic, compared to 276,198 passengers in January. From the airports in Belgrade, Nis, and Kraljevo, Air Serbia operated 2,874 flights in February, achieving a 5% increase compared to February 2024.
"The record results in the first two months of 2025 show that Air Serbia continues its positive growth trend. For the first time in history, in January and February, the company recorded more than half a million passengers, a result we are very proud of. We will continue with further service improvements and expansion of the network of destinations to provide our passengers with an even better customer experience," said Jiri Marek, Air Serbia CEO.
The most popular Air Serbia destinations in the region were traditionally Podgorica and Tivat, while the most sought-after flights in Western Europe were to Paris, Zurich, Milan, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Vienna. In the wider Euro-Mediterranean zone, the greatest number of passengers flew to Istanbul, Athens, Barcelona, and Larnaca.
